It has long been recognised that people who have been through very traumatic experiences often need help if they are to recover fully. A long-established approach is to get victims to ‘relive’ their trauma, either by ‘talking it through’ or even, most cruelly, by hypnotically reliving it as it happened.

No Need to Relive Events
Many people with trauma or phobias have been treated using approaches which drag them back through the experience again; a highly unpleasant thing to have to do.
This does not happen with my trauma therapy and I do not in fact even need to know the details of what happened to you.
