Online Counselling sessions

Online counselling sessions can give you access to a counsellor from the comfort of your own home.

All you need is privacy and a phone and/or access to video chat.

 Valuable and long-lasting work can still be done even without meeting face to face, and can, in fact, have its advantages.

  • With online counselling there is no need to travel to an office, which saves your time and money.

  • Don't live close to Glasgow? Anyone can access online private appointments no matter where they live or work.

  • Online sessions provides more flexibility in appointments for both client and therapist

  • Online counselling appointments can more easily fit in around your life. ​

  • Online counselling will remove stress such as child care, shift patterns or time off work.

  • If you are nervous about face to face appointments, or find it difficult to leave your house because of agoraphobia, or suffer from social anxiety, online counselling may offer you a more comfortable alternative.
